Our booking engine connects with availability and pricing systems, including Hosthub. While we take reasonable care to keep availability and pricing accurate, technical errors, synchronisation delays or obvious pricing mistakes may occur.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors before confirming a booking. If an error affects a booking request you have submitted, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the option to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel the request.
A booking is not confirmed simply because you submit an enquiry or booking request through the website or booking engine.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit, prepayment or payment condition has been satisfied.

We may refuse entry, terminate a stay or request payment for damages where guests seriously breach house rules, cause damage, disturb others, act unlawfully or put the property, guests, neighbours or staff at risk.
We do not normally require a separate damage deposit.
However, guests may be responsible for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorised guests, lost keys, misuse of equipment, smoking inside the residence, parties, disturbance, or other costs caused during their stay.
Any additional charges must be reasonable and supported by the circumstances of the case.
We reserve the right to request payment for such costs where justified.
Guests must follow any safety instructions provided before or during their stay.
CCTV may operate in external shared areas of certain properties for safety and security purposes. CCTV is not used inside private accommodation areas.
