Located on the second floor of a historic building at the top of 25^th of August Street, the suite features an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for one additional guest, a small private balcony, a WC, and a loft-level bedroom and main bathroom.

The suite accommodates up to 3 guests and can be combined with The Blossom Collection II for larger stays of up to 6 guests in total.

An eye-catching art-deco staircase leads to the loft where the bedroom and the main bathroom of The Blossom Collection III - Venetian Fortress View Suite are located. A wallpaper with floral design cozies up the bedroom that features a king-size bed with an anatomic mattress, promising a stylish and comfortable night's sleep.

Kitchen & Living Room

Airy and versatile, the open-plan living and dining area balances style with practicality, while the kitchen is equipped for coffee, snacks, and simple meals.

The residence is located at the top of 25th of August Street, one of Heraklion’s most historic streets, directly opposite Koules Fortress and the Venetian harbour.

How to reach

The Blossom Collection III residence is located at the top of 25th of August Street (entrance at 3, Lochagou Ioanni Marineli Street), opposite from the Venetian port of Heraklion. They are only 950m from Heraklion Port (5’ by car, or 12’ on foot), and 4.1 km (15’ drive) from Heraklion International Airport “Nikos Kazantzakis”. The central KTEL Bus Station is 800 m. away from the residence (10’ walk).

Parking

No parties or events or third-party visitors allowed. Registered guests only.
No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed at the balcony, and an ashtray is provided for cigarette butts. Please do not dispose of butts in the flower boxes and pots.
No pets allowed.
The Blossom Collection III - Venetian Fortress View Suite is located at an apartment building, and we want to keep our neighbours happy. Please respect the “quiet hours” as designated by the local noise ordinances:
- Summer season (1 April – 30 September): 15:00-17:30 & 23:00- 07:00
- Winter season (1 October – 31 March): 15:30-17:30 & 22:00-07:30
